The qualified candidate must have previously worked in the banking industry with the following
Qualifications: Branch size criteria include $50MM combined loans and deposits; and/or 20% Demand Deposit Account; and/or $1.5MM contribution dollars; and 10 FTE compliment. The person may be asked to step in the absence of the Branch Manager. They must demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Responsibilities: - Assist in meeting or exceeding branch goals by deepening the existing relationships, developing new and profitable relationships, and minimizing customer attrition. - Support in the delivery of quality customer service; developing an effective and efficient sales team - Help in the overall management of the branch, including operations, sales, service, audit, and staffing with a primary focus on operations
Qualifications: Basic
Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience - At least a minimum of 6 months of Supervisory experience or demonstrated Leadership experience in professional or volunteer/community roles
Requires successful registration with, and issuance of a unique identification number from, the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in compliance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (S.A.F.E. Act).
