The successful candidate will be responsible for filing documents, answering phones, processing mail returns, data entry, and answering incoming calls.

One year prior experience in an office setting, (e.
g.
medical office, hospital administrative, patient financial services, banking, call center, sales, accounts receivable department, collections department, collection agency, law firm, or similar employment).
Responsibilities:
Maintain filing systems and records.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Assist Consumer with inquiries and payments.
Process incoming mail returns.
Data Entry and filing.
Maintain confidentiality of records.
Prepare reports and documents as needed.
Position Requirements:
Must have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
Prior office experience a must.
Word and Excel experience.
High School graduate preferred.

Up to $17.
