A Passenger Assistant Duties, Knowledge and
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor Assist customers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed) Provide passengers with general information or directions.
Offer exceptional customer service when interacting with passengers, staff, or general public Coordinate with dispatch and airport gate agents for assignments or information regarding airline passengers whom require a Passenger Assistant Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track trips Perform other duties as required Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, carry / hold 75 pounds or more Must be able to lift, squat, stoop, push, stand / bend frequently throughout the course of a shift Job Type:
