Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately - Demonstrate product knowledge and provide product demonstrations to customers - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in jewelry sales - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage stock and maintain a tidy sales floor - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and inventory management - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Willingness to learn about new products and stay up-to-date on industry trends Note:
