Handle administrative related calls and emails Maintain Client Lists and Lead Information Perform work related errands Assist with crew scheduling Assist production team as needed Assist with administrative task Place Orders Must have good driving record Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Bilingual Spanish and English is required Assistant shall perform other duties that are customarily performed by others in similar positions, including other duties that may arise from time to time may be assigned.
