We have been in business for over 10 years and went from 64 square feet store at the flea market to over 30,000 square feet combined.
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities are as follow:
Present, promote, and sell furniture, mattresses, appliances, and decor using taught sales skills to existing and prospective customers.
Operate computer and taught systems accurately.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and text messaging.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts to fulfil your sales goals with team members and other departments.
Assist with improving the customer experience by cleaning and reorganizing the work area.
Continuously improve through feedback and be open to training and critique.
Retail Salesperson
Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
Experience in upselling products or services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (English/Spanish) Required Up to 3 months of paid training - Hourly rate $12.
00 and once done with training, you can begin earning commission.
