Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Drive sales by promoting products and services - Negotiate with customers to close sales and meet revenue targets - Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members - Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Requirements:
