The candidate is to provide excellent service to the patients and customers of our clients pertaining to the collection of balances owed, addressing inquiries, and establishing payment agreements.
Two year experience in a medical office, banking, hospital, patient financial services, call center, telemarketing, accounts receivable department, collections department, collection agency or collection law firm.
Position Requirements:
Good math skills.
Have excellent telephone and verbal communications skills.
Organized and time efficient.
Able to work in a fast paced high volume environment.
Able to follow directions, work independently, display self-initiative, have a positive attitude and be a quick study.
High School graduate preferred.
