Our Ready Liner Representatives greet our customers in pick up and return areas on the lot. As clean vehicles are parked on the lot, the agent will update the system while inspecting the vehicle cleanliness, status vehicles, and place contracts in the vehicle for our Preferred/Fast break renters.
The Ready Liner Representative may assist customers exiting the lot by scanning their vehicles, provide excellent customer service, respond to customer questions, and assist customers with their luggage when necessary. Additional responsibilities also include maintaining lot organization and cleanliness.
Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 1 year of successful Customer Service experience.
Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors (uniform is provided) Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Computer Skills Must be able to stand on feet 8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds
