Financial Analyst
4th Source is currently seeking candidates for the position of Financial Analyst for our New Orleans, Louisiana location.
Successful candidates will have the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business finance and/or accounting
3-5 years minimum experience in the field of financial analysis, forecasting,
Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel
PowerPoint proficiency to include experience in preparing financial presentations for executive board members and sales teams.
Position Description
The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in the financial reporting and forecasting duties for 4th Source. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst will have the primary responsibility of budget planning, reporting, and analyzing. This position requires impeccable attention to detail as well as experience in various aspects of financial reporting and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Duties for this complex yet exciting positon includes but is not limited to the following:
Reporting
Monthly financial reporting and analysis
Monthly bookings and backlog reporting
Monthly commission tracking and quarterly commission statement preparation
Metrics and dashboard reporting for the Executive Management Team
Budgeting and Planning
Process and delivery of for annual and quarterly reports
Monthly budget reporting and analysis
Monthly budget 2 actual business unit support
Budget detail ad-hoc investment and allocation support
Forecasting and Pipeline / Sales
Monthly financial forecast processing
Weekly Sales pipeline analysis
Weekly sales productivity analysis
Marketing ROI analysis
Presentations
Quarterly board meeting presentations
Quarterly sales kick-off presentations
Ad-hoc
ROI analysis
Sales tax rebates
Other analysis and accounting assistance as needed
